Oenova (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a wine inventory management platform for wine producers. This policy explains what personal data we collect through oenova.app and home.oenova.app and how we use it.
When you create an account we collect:
We do not collect payment details directly — payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on the landing page.
Your email address is used to authenticate your account, send transactional notifications (such as password resets), and contact you about your subscription. We will never use it for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties.
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance — your data is necessary to provide the service you have signed up for. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.
Data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database service with servers in the EU. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
